I'm having my SWEET 16 this october, and I dont exactly have the biggest budget. So, this summer I'm going to hold many fundraisers to lower the cost; like a car wash for example. The party will be held either the day of my birthday (it's a friday this year) or the day after. The party will be from 6pm-12am, and I'm renting a hall. There will be tables and enough seating for everyone but everyone is encouraged to dance. There will be streamers and a big sign with Jamie's sweet 16!". Everything will match the theme colours - blue and silver. Which a little different from the traditional pink and silver because my favourite colour is blue; but you can choose any colours you wish. There will also be balloons everywhere (both helium and not)  Itinerary---- 6- 615 welcoming everyone music is playing there's seating and tables with one Hershey's kisses (silver) on each plate there's streamers and balloons everywhere. At about 6:15 ish my mom says a little something at the mic and then introduces me. (Get the party started plays while I walk up to the mic) I say something (thank them for coming and such) then I say Now lets get this party started! (Get this party started starts playing again & I invite everyone to dance)    At about 7 some hors doeuvres get spread out (drinks were already out)  The DJ stays until about 9 Cake will be set out then 16 candles plays and I dance with my date!  After about 45 minutes of dancing karaoke will be set out then mom or someone will play the rest of the music for the night  During this time a dance contest will be held; the winners will win a prize of which I have not decided yet.   At midnight a chosen few girls will depart with me to a hotel in a limo [along with my mom of course]    "
