I'm having a sweet 16 party for my daughter next month.  She's picked the colours pink and black, which look very nice together. I sent out all of the invitations which were printed on the computer in a hot pink that faded into a light pink, we bought cheap hair bands at the $store, which had black daisys on them and cut off the daisys and put them on the corner of every invitation. I bought disposable toasting glasses and tied black twirly ribbon on the bottom and printed out sweet 16 stickers on the computer matching the invitation colours, I put 1 sticker on each glass. I've bought bubbles for every table, the bubbles also have matching sweet 16 stickers, black ribbon and a black heart glued to the top of each bottle of bubbles.  The tables are decorated with pink tablecloths and a fish bowl in the centre with black and pink rocks.  We are putting one Beta fish in each bowl with a floating pink flower.  For the buffet tables we bought pink flower pots that we are putting fresh flowers in and we have glued more black daisys to the pot and ribbon to match the invitation.  Each table will have a disposable camera. I have also bought pink paper bags cut them with scrap book scissors and glued a daisy in the middle of the bag with ribbon we will be putting snacks on each table and I thought this would be a fun way to do it.  Every one is bringing food to the party there will be around 60-80 people family and friends, but most of the family will leave early and let the teenagers have a dance. We are also doing karokee, having a relative sing, playing name that tune and I am going to hand out a autograph book so everyone can make comments to the sweet 16.  There will be lots of balloons also and I've bought daisy molds to make daisy icecubes in the punch. It should be alot of fun, some friends are going to do some skits and my daughters boyfriend is in charge of the music and I'm going to give him some glow in the dark prizes to hand out during the night. Another little game will be 16 questions about the birthday girl. She's also asked everyone to wear pink or black, I guess we are lucky because pinks in right now.
