For my 13th birthday party i had a spa party with 10 of my closest friends.for my invitations i went to michaels craft store and bought black card stock, white ribbon, white with pink, blue, and green polka dots,and a gold and silver fin tip marker. i folded the cardstock in half and then cut the folded cardstock in half to make fairly sized cards i hole punched a hole on the side where it opens after i put all the needed info the tied the ribbon to keep the invitations closed.For food i got a sushi platter, chicken ceasar salad, fruit platter, some baby carrots, green peepers sliced and some other veggies, and i got junk food for when were watching movies. When my guests arrived we just chilled for a while since some of my guests havent seen each other all summer, then we went outside since we were going to be couped up all night. when we started with the spa stuff we started with foot massages, we hired a masouse. after that we did face masks, and nails then we did each others hair and make-up. we took pictures of our hair and make-up all done. after that we made our own soap bars we got molds from michaels also. after that we make sleeping masks for that we went to fabric land and got sparkly fabric and a plain cotton fabric for the back of the mask,we got this fuzzy stuff to outline the masks, they looked really pretty when we were done. we also made lip gloss, and hand cream. after all this we played games like twister, this dance thing that hooks up to my t.v and you follow the arrows and theres a mat with sensors in it to dance along with the music and arrows, bot it extreme and truth or dare. we had prizes for the winners of the games, the prizes were a make-up bag with a ton of make-up in it like lip-gloss, mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow pallet and some eye brushes, another prize was a calagon gift bag hawaiian ginger, another prize was a big basket with big bottles of bubble bath,body wash, bath rocks and body mist, another prize was a pedicure set with foot scream, foot scrubber, toe spreaders, 5nail polishes colors, deep red, hot pink, rose pink, white and clear. we also watched movies like happy feet,mean girls, and grease. we had fun drinks too through out the night like virgin pina coladas, virgin strawberry daquries, we made chanpaigne out of orange juice and club soda. for my cake i make it myself. i know it sounds like a desaster. but nope. it turned out relly well. it was heart shaped i bought the mold at michaels, i bought pre rolled out icing that was light pink, i bought blue, red and green to make little stars to stick all over it. it turned out really well!!
