I had a great idea that I wanted to have a Mall Scavenger hunt party for my birthday. it can be relatively cheap too. Invitations: I bought pink and green cardstock at Michaels at 20 cents each. I also bought a clearance (10 cent) paper for each invite. I am inviting 8 people. I then decorated each invite with a flower, some sequins, and stick on flower, and ribbon.  Decorations: The theme at home is pink and green.Plates, cups, utensils, napkins, tablecloth, balloons, and streamers all are pink and green. Activities:My party will first start at home, where the 2 teams of 4, each with a supervisor, will be picked randomly, and then told the rules. Next, we will bring our disposable cameras, money, and a list to the mall, where we will have to compete our tasks and get the items listed. We are giving $30 for a team, but any amount will do. You can just do pictures for a cheaper alternative. This continues for 2 hours. The teams will have different items, and there are no winners. Everyone gets a prize for finishing. All the items will be put into a game where the guests get to win certain prizes based on the number they pick. Later, we will do French manicures. We will then play a Project Runway Design challenge game where the girls use magazine pictures to make three outfits for each girl. They will go in a file folder, which each girl gets to keep. The winners(chosen by each girl) will be awarded a prize. We later will make a scrapbook, using the pictures we took in the mall that day. We will get each girl a paper and supplies in their favorite colors and patterns. Then, we will watch movies, talk, and then maybe sleep. In the morning, we will eat, then get ready to leave.  Party Snacks:Then, we will have dinner, finger sandwiches (tuna salad, cheese and mustard, cream cheese and cucumber, turkey and mayo, and ham and cheese.) Sodas will be offered. Breakfast will be a pancake buffet with many toppings. Cake: A cake shaped into a nail polish with pink and green icing. Favors: Each girl receives a mini pen, an item from Claire's (earrings, necklaces, bracelets,shoelaces,headband,or key chain) (10 for $10), french manicure kit, prizes from the mall game, file folder with game in it, and candy.
