For my 12 birthday party I had and Oscars night! The invataitions were hollywood themed. Inside the invataition was a peace of paper that explaned what you should where to the party. When my friends came to the party we had a red tablecover role roled all the way up my front steps. My friends dressed fun with sparkly dresses and  boas. My friends were interviewed by my dad. My dad asked questions like "how long have you  been dating Brad Pitt?" to my friends and me. My mom's friend critiqued their outfits most of the  entrance was videotaped or taken picures of! After everyone got to the party they were given hats and beeds. They were also given a script for the movie we would make later in the night. First we had a photo shoot. We hung up a big black cloth to be the back of the photo shoot. My mom took  pictures of us. If you were not getting your picture taken you could practice your lines for the movie. After the photo shoot we had dinner. We had fun and easy things to eat a lot like a buffet!  We sat down at the table. My friends new where their seets were because of the Wooden hollywood  clapboard that you could wright names on with chalk ( everyone's name was on a clapboard). After dinner we made a movie. My dad wrote the movie. We had a lot of fun during the movie and  everyone had a role. My older brother video taped the movie and my dad directed it! When we were done making the movie my dad said something about each girl and they were given a trophy with their name on it ( the trophies looked like oscars). When the night was over and all of the girls left  my brother edited the movie on the computer and put the pictures in as a show at the end of the  movie. With the girls thankyou card they all got a copy of the movie and a picture from the photo  shoot.
