For my 13th birthday i decided to have a clue party. Not like the boardgame but real. I only invited 8 of my closest friends. girls and guys. everyone had to dress in old fashioned 50s
clothing, very sophisticated. when evryone got to my house, weall picked characters in a hat. one character would say murderer underneath its name and my dad played the victim. when everyone
was done picking characters, everyone spread out into different rooms except the kitchen. When evryone heard my dad scream we all ran to the kitchen and saw him lying on the floor dead".
My mom set up different clues around the house that would eventually led to capturing the culprit. whoever figured it out would get the money.throughout the party my mom set out food and
drinks on ur kitchen counter. NOTE: no decoration was needed. people searched the house for clues. poeple had to figure out the killer and the cause of death. It took almost 3 hours before
they finally figured it out. Different parties can have different stories behind the cause of death. Mine was that the Duke had an affair with his maid and his wife found out and piosoned him
by putting rat poison in his champaigne (no real poison champaigne was apple cider.) It took almost 3 hours before someone filnally figured it out. But I didnt know the story either so even I
had to try and figure it out. only my parents knew. the winner won Clue the boardgame. and the others got favor baskets. each basket had a champaigne glass that had Chelsea's 13th birthday on
it that my mom had made at our local glass shop. the baskets also included a small bottle of sparkling applecider and a box of assorted chocolates. People still talk about my party
months later and a few of my friends are thinking about doing it again."
