This is from my 13th birthday party. It is really, really fun, and if you are stuck for ideas you should definatly try this:   Send out invitations (make it as non-suspicious as possible) saying that the party is on Saturday, at 2:00 p.m. (or any other time, but Saturday is best, since some people have church on Sunday) Secretly phone parents and ask them permission to "kidnap" their child at 7:30 or 8:00 in the morning of that day. Also ask them to pack a secret bag with kids change of cloths, bathing suit and towel, and birthday present to bring along.  The Day of the Party  The day before the party (Friday) drive over to your friend's house and wake them up in a scary way, pretending it's a kidnapping. Make sure to take lots of pictures of them waking up!!! Then let them in on the plan, and do this at all the girl's houses. After done that, they can come over to your house. They have to wear their pjs and are not allowed to do makeup, hair etc. before coming along. When everyone is at the house, have a breakfast bar set up. Have a big breakfast,with pancakes, fruit, whip cream, bacon etc.,  then for "dessert" play bubble gum and whipped cream game. (You have to fish out a piece of bubble gum in a pile of whipped cream without hands) Have a couple of movies picked out, so can rest a bit. At about 10:00 start piñata and then once broken, go outside and have water fight, water balloon races etc. Use some of the outdoor games below.  Outdoor Games  Water Balloon Relay: Make sure to have lots of balloons set out for this! Keep water balloons two straight lines along the ground in front of you. Make two lines behind the water balloons. Have a race to see who can pop all the water balloons fastest by sitting on them. Restock the line with more and start all over again. Make sure guests bring a bathing suit or old cloths!!! Water Limbo: This is my variation of the limbo when it's hot out. Play the same game as the traditional limbo, but have a garden hose with holes in it (an old one) for the limbo bar. Silly String Fights: This is so fun!! Take about half the number of people there's worth of silly string bottles. You can ambush a couple of people or start a full fledged    silly string war!!! Remember, we like to do things ourselves that aren't that organized. Keep about half an hour to do whatever we want!  The Day of the Party Continued After spending about an hour and a half outside, go back inside and dry off. Then play a short game of truth or dare with balloons below: Balloon truth or dare: This is simple. Put a small piece of paper in each balloon with a funny dare on it. Blow the balloons up and then each guest picks a balloon and pops it, doing the dare inside. Have a tray with finger foods use some of the food below if you are stuck for ideas, make it so it's a buffet and you can snack whenever you are hungry: Mozza sticks A veggie tray Chips n' dips Mini breadsticks Any other stuff that is pretty light, not much food.   After lunch have a gift opening and then hang out until the guest parents come pick them up, about 12:45. The whole party will take about 4h and 45 min, and is really inexpensive.It's an added bonus for the parents becuase it ends in the afternoon, leaving the rest of the day free. In the treat bags put lots of sleep stuff like a sleep mask, and bath soaps etc. also if you would like to, give them a picture of themselves waking up and at the party games.
