A lot of teens and preteens enjoy the Nickelodeon show iCarly" with these ideas hamburger style. Cut that in half. This will make 2 invitations. On the cover write "You're Invited" and draw a pear to make it look like the laptops used on Teen Nick. Inside on the top panel draw a screen that says "...to an iCarly birthday bash!" or something like that. Put other information too such as the address and the RSVP number. On the bottom panel make a simple keyboard and write other notes for the guests. Decorate the rest according to your personality.   DECORATIONS: Print out pictures of the stars of iCarly and the logo to put anywhere you'd like. Use other classic party decorations (balloons streamers etc.)You can make the area look like the iCarly studio or design you're very own.  GAMES & ACTIVITIES: Cut cards out of card stock with lines and or pictures from episodes of iCarly. For the game have your friends match the lines and pictures to the correct episode. Try giving out fake money for prizes. Have the guests use that money to buy equipment. ( they could buy studio decor borrow a video camera and do other things with this money). Let their imagination run wild. For other games you could have people think of a name for the birthday web cast. The person who thought of the name the guest of honor likes best will win a prize. Tape some episodes of iCarly before the party so the everyone can watch them while something else is being done. Prepare to make a birthday web cast. Have the guests and guest of honor pick which parts they want for the web show. For example the comedian or camera person. You could also have the guests switch jobs if they'd like. Kids can make other things too.  Have a contest to choose the theme song for your web show. It can be a real song or one written by a guest. If the kids get really bored iCarly trivia or video games (consoles such as Xbox Xbox 360 Wii and PS2 are better than handhelds for big groups of people).   FOOD:You can try decorating paper plates iCarly style but in a way that's the plates are safe enough to eat on. Guests can help with this. Try designing them how you'd like and then put a layer of plastic wrap on top so the plates can be eaten off of. The regular foods enjoyed by teens and preteens like pizza and chips are your best bet. For a cake you can draw the iCarly logo or your web show logo with icing on the cake. Make sure you still put the guest of honor's name and age and a message like "Happy Birthday". It's traditional and makes the birthday girl or boy feel good. ( well even better hopefully they're already happy!)   FAVORS: Burn the web show you made to a DVD or put it on a tape for your guests to take home. If you can't do it quick enough send them to the guests in the mail. Take good pictures and put them in a frame.The kids can each make their own frame saying whatever they want it to. Consider taking pictures mostly from the web show and suggest that kids could paint logo of the iCarly web show or their own on the frame. Out of card stock guests can make their own iCarly trading cards by putting pictures from the show on the front and a caption on the back.
