For my 14th birthday party, I wanted to have a Garden Party. I made my invitations on the computer with a Calligraphy-like font on some fancy paper I bought at
the local craft store. I wanted the party to be small with close friends, so I invited 25 girls. I had the party in the afternoon, sort of around brunch time. I asked all my friends to come
dressed in sun dresses. I would also suggest wearing wedges or flats, because you would be outside. For the food I had little tea cakes and sandwiches. I had appetizers too. And a chocolate
fountain(yum!)I served iced tea, lemonade, and other types of juices. There wasn't much decorating to do. . . the party was out in my garden. I set up a tent/cabana type thing in the center
to add shade and a sitting are. I played the Marie Antoinette soundtrack for the music(love that movie!). I set up croquet, which turns out to be really fun (who knew?). We basically just
talked, hung out, and had a great time!
