Heyy- For my sister's 17th b-day party, I wanted to make it special. But I couldn't think of one good idea so i thought of a party theme of mixing all my sisters favorite things together. But it didn't seem right cause the things she likes would be hard to put together. So I took one of her favorite things, which is Greenday. So, I got a banner made and it said on it, "I hope you have the time of your life", which is an old greenday song. I got posters of greenday and put them all around the room, got green plates with silver balloons and streamers. Then i got her a cake and had a big picture of greenday on the cake. Then, I made a slideshow of pictures since my sister was born and had the baxckground music as i hope you have the time of your life. This party wasn't for friends to come. This was a family party and I thought since we were going up to my cottage, and my sister's b-day happened when we were there, and my cousins, grandparents, and aunts and uncles were coming, it would be good. The slide show mad my family cry and they loved it. I made copies for my whole family. This is a good idea, you can take any theme and have friends instead and make a slideshow of your friends, this was a fun party. I hope you try it.
