For my 13th birthday party, I went to the local playfarm. I invited a few close friends, since its easier that way anyways. INVITATIONS for invites, I had simple
cards bought from the dollar store, that said all the info. DECORATIONS We had the traditional streamers, balloons, etc. FOOD for food, since we were going to the farm, I had sub sandwiches
w/ the works. We had cake (that was eaten when we got back along w/ icecream). We had gold fish crackers, juice, and cookies, until we got home. My birthday was in autumn, so they had yellow
icing w/ leave sprinkles. The cake had pumpkins and leaves and grass(all icing) on it. ACTIVITIES All the girls arrived at my house, we opened gifts. We drove to the farm. We went on a
hayride and picked out pumpkins. Then, we ate our meals, and played a bit on the tires, the slide, etc. We had a little train ride through the asparaguos field. We went to the petting zoo,
saw the kittens, fed the sheep, and things like that. We also took some pics w/ the animals, and the boards w/ the holes in head. We walked around a bit, then went to the corn cannon, where
you load the tube w/ some corn and shoot it(its air compressed). We went into the maze, the short maze was too short, so we went into the long one. I told all girls to bring a flashlight. We
also gave out glow lights/ necklaces also purchased at the dollar store. Then we went home. Ate cake and icecream, and painted our picked pumpkins. FAVORS favors were candy, the pumpkins, a
mini maze(one w/ metal ball and in the plastic) that said "you got your way out of the corn maze, what about this maze?" stickers, and their glow sticks all inside pumpkin favor
bags (originally used for trick or treat candy) A cute idea if you have a bit more candy is pumpkin trick or treat pails. Happy Planning!
