Teenage boys are difficult to throw a party for. They want something but party hats and cupcakes are out! Rent the inside basketball court at your town's community center. Hire a professonal ref. (Ask the school coach who they use at games.) It costs about $50 for two hours for the ref. Invite enough people for two teams. Give each team T-shirts, each team with different colors. Let them decide on a team name, mascot and team numbers. Give them Sharpies to decorate their T-shirts. Have a real game with treats after. WInning team gets special prizes. This works for "Kids" of all ages, too. Parents like to stay to watch the fun.
