The World's Largest Collection of Birthday Party Ideas

This is for Morgan's 13 Birthday Party!!!  It is going to be an Arctic/Costume party.  I will ask everyone to wear blue and/or white to the party then ask everyone to bring a costume.  We will have a costume contest and others too!!     Invitations:  they will be cut-outs of a polar bear and I will have the regular Date/Time/Place/etc. Then I will have it say winter in summer and Bring a costume, bathing suit, and wear blue and/or white. Decorations: they will be Arctic.  There will be a lot of blue and white. There will be blue plates and me and my 2 best friends are wearing dresses with crowns!! It is going to awesome!! When all my friends get there we will swim for a while and start some of the contests (cheese stick eating contest, bathing suit contest, swimming relay contest, and more).We will also have a two way scavenger hunt. The first way is that I will hide # of balloons on the main floor. A Popsicle stick in a balloon will be hidden. They will carry around a pen and when they find a balloon they pop it and run to the kitchen with the Popsicle stick. They then have to match the # on the stick to a prize. Once they get the prize we will wait on everyone to get done!  The other way was that I would pair everyone up and they would go hide their presents together.  The pair would make a list of clues and then give them to me. Once I find the presents we will come back to the kitchen. Then we will have dinner, cake, ice cream, and open presents!!  After that we will go back outside and have the costume contest! There can be ones like: who has the best costume (in general), who looks most like summer and/or winter, and etc. So after we have done that we can take pictures, jump on the trampoline, and swim some more. We are going to roast marshmallows and stay out by the pool. We will just chill too!! Basically it will be a free night from there.  When we wake up in the morning we will have a big breakfast as normal. Then we will have Breakfast Fear Factor!!!  Here we will have everyone put into teams of two (it will be a contest).  The people who use the least ingredients but it tastes the nastiest will win. Two people who have no fear will be the judges and won't make a concoction, they will just taste-test everyone's food.  Who ever wins gets to take home a prize.   At about 11 or 12 everyone will head on out.
