Hi!  for my 13th bday party we had a hawaiian/luaua party!....1st i got some pretty flower/hawaiian invites....sent them to every 12 girls/boys....and told them to bring their bathing suits to swim in my pool...i got tiki tourches and we lite them around 5:00 pm...(when the guest arrived)  and set tables under 2 big canappies and put green and pink table clothes on them....we got tropical colorful dishes with my moms fruit dip with grapes strawberries and my grandmas veggie dip with carrots, cucumbers and celery...we also had lots of candy... we gt a tiki face and put on of the extra leis around it....as the guest arrived i greeted them with leis and a kiss on th cheek...and of course..."aloha" We swam and played diffirent games....and had a hula hoop contest and hula contest.....for favors we gave them big hawaiian cups with their hawaiian names on them and goodies inside...at night we all got 2 cans of shaving cream and had a shaving cream fight.....then jumped in the pool....after a while the guyz left at 10 and some girls stayed over....we jumped on the trapoline and played games outside b4 we went inside a stuffy room.....but earlier we blew out the candles on my hawaiian cake and opened presents....we all ran around in our hula grass skirts and leis....then we made up our own hula dance....to our hawaiian music....(my boyfriend and a friend played music with guatirs)....thats my party~~~~~~......hopE you gotta idea of a GRRREAT party...i had as much planning it as i did at the party!!!
