this june i am having a sweet 14 birthday/graduation party. there's no better way to have it then a hawaiin party.FIRST:i made a layout of my backyard.im setting up a tent as the dance area which will lead off into my yard for more dance area. the patio will be decorated and my dj(dj joker/best friend) will be set up there. on the side of the dance area there will be a table dressed up as a bar where my friend will hand out refreshments and smoothies.they will be in the cups with the lil umbrellus and margarita glasses. I will also have a space resrved for my guest to play basketball because i have a net on my garage and a place fot people to limbo and hula hoop. in my driveway,yard,and side yard, i will have tables for my guest to eat and relax. the center pieces are glass bowls filled with water, floating candles, and flowers. around it will be all types of fruits like bananas,apples,pineapples,cherries,kiwis,watermelon,grapes,peachez,and oranges.SECOND:i sat down and made my guest list.i invited about 70 people. out of those 70, 8 of them are vip's and will b spending the night.i will simply make my invitationson the computer,but will write my friends name in hawaiin and have a picture of me and my best friend from our photoshoot on it.(my mom took pictures of us on her digtial camera)then ima  hand them out 3 weeks b4 the party so they can rsvp.THIRD:since this is a hawaiin party, i felt it is appropriate to b in swimsuits, but since my party is from 6 to midnight, im telling my guests to cover up in shorts and a t-shirt and other beach clothing. i am also handing out leis to all my guests and all my vip girls get head leis too. im also going to buy a lei crown for myself.FOURTH:IWILL BE SERVING HOTDOGS,HAMBURGERs,a variety of chips and dip, veggie plates,fruit,potatoe salad,beans and refreshments. my cake will be 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla with white iciing, flowers, and hawaiin candles.FIFTH:i am giving out goodybags with suntan lotion,thank you cards, beach balls, and canmdy. im also going to have beachballs at the party and other lil things. im also going to have lil flamgingos planted in the groung to make it look like animals are in my yard.SISXTH:for my grand entrence im going to have 4 hot guys carry me up my driveway to my party on a surf board. SEVENTH:after my party, my vip's are spending the night and we r going to wake up to a big mess....i hope it turns out great! wish me luck. PS:MY PARTY IS INEXPENSIVE.it was at my house,my dj is $20, and all we paid for was the food and decorations.fun and cheap. the way i like it.
