I hope to have a sleepover party this year at a hotel. Most hotels have a limit for adult-to-kid numbers, so only choose your best friends. I am planning to have five guests. I think the theme will be 50's theme. The idea of going to a hotel should be a surprise for your guests. INVITES: I am either going to buy or make invites and they'll be like this: You are invited to Miss (Name)'s (AGE) Birthday Party. Please come to (ADDRESS) at (TIME) on (DATE) (Name's) V.I.P.'s will sleep at (Hotel name or family name)! Please R.S.V.P. by (R.S.V.P. date). E-mail us at (e-mails) if your child had any allergies or specific needs. Give us your e-mail too, we need to tell Mom and Pop about a special surprise! Also tell us if they are allowed to see PG-13 movies. DECORATIONS: I found some plates that had Rock 'N' Roll" on them with a 50's diner look. Also I've seen record plates before. Likewise for both with Napkins and Cups. If you but the rock and roll set there's also an inflatable guitar. For around the place I'll probably decorate it with cutouts and black white and red streamers. ACTIVITIES: For activities I think I'll people design their own record with like an artist and name and it could be them! GAMES: We'll play a 50's trivia game with Q & A's like what was NOT a fashion in the 50's: a) Poodle skirts b) leather jackets c) Gladiator sandals Answer: Gladiator sandals. Then we'll do pin the poodle skirt on the diva! Just print out a 50's gal and then have girls stick poodle skirts on her-remember to write the guest's name on each of the skirts.  You can also play regular sleepover games like truth or dare. COSTUMES: Girls are allowed to dress in 50's attire. I'm gonna dress up like a Jitterbug girl. PARTY SNACKS: For snacks I'll have the usual like popcorn and chips and I'll make drink called Purple Burping Cow from Rachael Ray's Cooking Rocks! Cook Book for Kids. We'll have pizza for dinner. CAKE: I'll have a cake with a really big 50's sign on the front in red with black and white checkers all around the cake. FAVORS: For favors the girls will take home their record some old candies like Tootsie Pops and Rock and roll tattoos.   "
