For my daughters 14th birthday, i decided to have somehing really special. for the invitations, she will email her friends so there is no mix up or hurt feelings. the email will tell them what to bring etc. Next, we will rent a limo and hotel room for one night, and to suprise her friends we will pick them up in the limo. at check in time we will go to the hotel room and decorate it in a turquoise and pink theme. next we will hide one prize for each guest, but i will explain that later. when we are done decorating we will take the limo and pick up all of her friends at their houses. then we will go to a fancy restaurant for dinner. then we will go to the bakery to pick up the cake we ordered, it is in the shape of a tennis racket (her favourite sport), and on the side there is tennis ball cupcakes for the kids to eat. then we will go to the hotel and have the cake and open presents. next we will go to the pool and hang out there for a while. after that i will give each kid an envelope and inside is a clue as to where the prizes i hid earlier are in the room. each kid can look for her prize and add that to their goody bags later. next we will open goody bags and i will go to my room for the night. then the girls can play games, watch movies, and talk all night long. i will make sure they have money to get drinks from the vending machines and rent board games if they get bored of the ones we bring. this will be a great party and her and her friends are already looking forward to it!
