~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*POOL PARTY!!!~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~\*~  For my besfriend's 13th birthday i decided to throw her a party ,but I just couldn't make it a surprise party(i have a huge mouth).I sat down and decided what to do for her special 13th birthday.It was middle of august so what came to mind...POOL!party of course.I asked my brother if i could borrow his pool(make sure you have a pool!)and his house.the pool had two patio tables and a grill outside so yeah.we reserved it a week b4..3 days before i gathered all the decorations but I made sure they all had to do with water or pools or something the main colors were pink blue and green.we gathered those hawaiian flower nacklaces and goody bags with candy, stationary and make up .I bought balloons and crepe paper(streamers),neon cups ,colorful plates ,and a whole bunch of other stuff.I also bought floaties , beach balls and goggles.all at party america..remember!the night before my mom had bought hot dogs,hambuger meat chips soda etc.that same night i set up the inside of the house with the decorations i bought.on one table i set up with make up and facial spa stuff i bought or gathered from my house(ill explain later).i also added decorations outside by the pool,i put table covers on the patio tables.about a week and a half b4 i invited 3 of our closest friends by phone and asked them to bring a towel a bikini and squirt guns and other fun water stuff.it turned out only 2 came.that morning i bought a cake ,set up the poolside and i put balloons inside and outside.I blew up the volley balls and the pool stuff. i told my brother and his wife and my mom they could join us to swim.so in all it was 7 peeple.i set up some music outside,it may have been rock and metal but everyone loved getting a headache headbanging to it!!all the guest arrived at 12:00 just around lunch time.while they walked in i gave em a flower necklace and a number(i'll explain later!)they set down they're things in a colorful corner of the living room.we went to the poolside and we ate hotdogs and chips and stuff, then we went inside to get our pool stuff ready and get our bikinis on..we layed out by the pool while we waited for our food to go down .when we got in the pool we played marco polo and chicken.before the party i had thrown prizes at the bottom of the pool(with numbers on them) but in the deep end.the numbers were on the prizes and certain numbers were given to the guests because each person had a different personality and we didnt want people fighting over the gifts.so i sent all of our guest to search for the prize with their number on it.they were all really happy with what they got.but the birthday girl got hers which was the best.i made sure all the gifts were securely closed so water wouldnt get in them or i made sure they were waterproof or water related.we awed at our prizes for a few moments then we played with water guns around the pool in teams..there were lots of bushes so we all hid and snook around stuff.we had a diving contest and we played "ducky dare"which really doesnt have very much to do with ducks but its when you dare eachother to do really weird stunts under or in the water.then i had water yoga!we stretched and made those funny poses..everyone laughed cause it was so funny how serious we were trying to be!When everyone was pooped and tired of swimming,we went inside and took showers one by one while the rest were in the living room watching a movie munching on snacks.once we were all cleaned up we played truth or dare..inside...and we did facials and makeovers with the stuff i set up the night before.everyone was pampered and felt refreshed!we played board games,played video games,and we played that throwing game with the balloons that WERENT popped already.finally we ate dinner, cut the cake and let my bestfriend open her presents!we cleaned up the living room and got our stuff ready.we alll thanked my brother(i left him a 50 dalla bill) and my mom took us all to my house for a sleepover.we had pillow fight and we watched movies and stayed up gossiping until 2 am..everyone fell asleep.the next morning we all went to the mall to spend money and we went back to my house to show of our new stuff.everyone got picked up from my house except my bestfriend..she slept over 2 more nights!I think it was the best birthday i every gave to one of my friends!!!!!!!!
